Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate at La Fort Education Pvt. Ltd. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for tasks such as lead generation, market research, and creating presentations to enhance business opportunities and partnerships.
The roles and responsibilities of a Business Development Associate focused on post-sales, client relationship management, and client retention include:
Client Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new clients by ensuring they understand the products or services and how to use them effectively.
Post-Sales Support: Provide support to clients after a sale is completed, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
Demos and Inductions: Conduct demos for prospective leads and inductions of the ongoing classes as and when needed.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
Client Retention: Develop strategies to retain clients by ensuring high satisfaction levels, addressing feedback, and preventing churn.
Follow-Up Communication: Regularly follow up with clients to gather feedback, provide updates, and inform them of new features or services.
Problem Resolution: Act as a point of contact for client concerns, resolving issues promptly and ensuring a positive experience.
Data Analysis: Analyze client data to identify patterns, opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Work with other teams (like marketing, sales, and product) to align strategies and enhance client satisfaction.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client interactions, feedback, and retention metrics to help the team understand client needs and improve services.
Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, client behavior, and competitors, helping to develop better client retention strategies.
Events and Workshops: Host regular events and workshops in-house and in collaboration with other institutes to drive sales.
