Location:Tamil Nadu (with potential travel to other states)

Position Type:Full-time

Experience:Minimum 1 year in sales within the safety industry (including sales related to safety equipment, industrial machinery, power tools, etc.)

Job Description:As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our safety products, meeting clients, conducting product demonstrations, generating leads, and onboarding dealers. This position requires extensive traveling within the assigned states (Tamil Nadu) with occasional travel to other states as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our safety products.
  • Identify and cultivate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Onboard new dealers and provide them with training and support to effectively sell our products.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the safety industry.

  • Fluent in the local language (Tamil), English, and Hindi.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned states, with occasional travel to
  • other states as required.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets.
