Role Description
Attend the walk-in clients
Understand their requirements and preferences
Create a design concept keeping in mind the client's need and preference within estimated timelines and project cost.
For customers who are unsure about what to buy, offer suggestions and information to help them decide
Explain materials and product features
Client Acquisition - Architects/Interior Designers/Builders/Purchase Managers/HNIs. etc. to increase the width and enhance coverage
Be responsible for in-store sales
Achieve monthly given targets
Keep up to date with new product launches and competition activities in the market
Manage and develop long term relationships with clients by providing them with the best of products & services which in turn helps in repeat order and reference
Preparation of Proposal/ Quotation required correspondence with the client for drawing/ BOQ/color shade approval and Project /Payment follow up
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development and sales
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Experience in the home decor or related industry is a plus
Ability to understand and analyze market trends and consumer behavior
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Network with Architect & Interior Designer
Responsible for given monthly target
Location: Mehrauli, Delhi (Work from Office)
