Business Development Associate - (Influencer Marketing)

Core Role:

The primary responsibility of this role is to drive business growth by identifying, approaching, and establishing partnerships and alliances with relevant companies. The ideal candidate will strongly understand digital content creation and marketing within the YouTube space.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential partners, brands, and organizations for collaboration and alliances within the YouTube ecosystem.

Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to achieve business goals and expand our network within the YouTube vertical.

Negotiate and close partnership deals that align with our growth objectives.

Maintain strong relationships with partners and continuously explore new opportunities to enhance partnerships.

Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize partnership value.

Prepare and deliver presentations to potential partners, showcasing the benefits of partnering with ffreedom.com.

Track and report on the progress of partnerships and their impact on business growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably within the digital or media industry.

Strong understanding of YouTube as a platform and its monetization strategies.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
