Experience - Fresher to 2 years (in IT service industry)
Responsibilities:
Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
New business generation by searching potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
Building strong and long-term relationships with the existing and new clients
Meeting and exceeding monthly activity and revenue targets
Generate new leads through Emails, LinkedIn, social media, etc. channels
Maintain leads by continuous follow-ups. Call/Email leads and close sales as required.
Analyze market trends and establish competitive advantages
Take feedback and provide after sales support
Required skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, management or a related field
Should have basic understanding of lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas both verbally and in writing
Experience in IT industry as BDE
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a client-focused mindset and a strong work ethic
Should be able to meet Sales targets
Strong understanding of the IT industry, including web design, web development, and mobile app development.
