Position: Business Development Associate

Company: MartLenz Knowledge Services (A Growman Group Company)

Location: Pune

Job Type: Full Time (Work from Office)

Probation: 3 Months

Bond: 1 Year

Experience Required: 0-3 Years

Shifts: Rotational shifts (including night shifts)

Qualifications: Bachelor's Any Stream & Master's /MBA Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.

- Identifying potential prospects/clients

- You'll be responsible for generating leads and setting up meetings through email and LinkedIn engagement, referrals, and other published articles and sources Also, through cold calling (International).

- Develop these leads overtime and interact regularly with them to keep them active.

- Conduct introductory-level conversations with senior executives and assess demand for client services.

- Assist with recording and maintaining all conversations and correspondence.

- Identify new business opportunities and partners.

- Maintain close relationships and communication with the sales team!

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with 0-3 years of experience with excellent English communication skills. Someone who believes in hard work and persistence. Also, has a Never Give up attitude. Flexibility is a Must!

For experience who have experience in market research is a plus

Selection Process:

First Round (PI): HR Interview

Second Round (PI): Interview with Sales Director

Final Round: Management Interview with Partner/C-Level
