1. Create content for digital and social media marketing targeting specific markets.
   
2. Design creatives for daily social media posts.
   
3. Manage and respond to social media interactions.
   
4. Write product and technology blogs.
   
5. Create branding content and video blogs.
   
6. Collaborate with sales, design, and R&D teams to develop branding content.
   
7. Run effective social media campaigns.
   
8. Support the company website and forum page.
   
9. Participate in exhibitions and other outdoor marketing activities.
   
10. Work with external vendors to execute campaigns.

Expected Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Good technical aptitude and communication skills.
   
2. Fluent in English and Hindi. Multilingual is preferable.
   
3. Problem-solving abilities.
   
4. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
   
5. Good presentation skills.
   
6. Should be able to travel for business purposes.
   
7. Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and trends.
   
8. Social Media Proficiency: Familiarity with various social media platforms and best practices for content creation and engagement.
   
9. Content Creation: Ability to create engaging written and visual content, including blogs, social media posts, and videos.
   
10. Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software.
    
11. Video Production: Basic skills in video creation and editing.
    
12. SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles and techniques for optimising content.
    
13. Creative Thinking: Ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and concepts.
    
14. Customer Engagement: Ability to effectively engage with and respond to customers on social media platforms.

Expected Qualification and Eligibility:

1. Completed BBA or MBA degree with a minimum 6.5 CGPA. Candidates with other degrees shall apply if they are passionate about Marketing and sales.
2. Candidates who can join within 3 weeks or immediately will be given a preference.
3. Freshers who are from the 2024 batch are eligible to apply.
4. Experience candidates shall apply, provided the maximum total experience does not exceed 1 year.
