- Strong Verbal and written communication in different channels such as phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve, and provide assistance
- Work in USA time zones.
- Ability to establish strong client relationships

- Stay updated on product and service knowledge to give the best assistance to the customers.
- Can maintain and practice confidentiality about customers information and sensitive data.
- Provide advice, support, and guidance to direct reports as needed and serve as a mentor to colleagues
- Be Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Collaborate seamlessly, share your ideas, and contribute to a culture of innovation
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
