:GenX24 is a business development agency focused on helping ecommerce brands and service-based businesses grow through strategic digital marketing. We offer services including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and cold calling.
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. This role is key to expanding our client base and driving growth through direct outreach efforts, including cold calling, email outreach, and cold DM outreach across various platforms.
Cold Calling
: Initiate and follow up on calls with potential clients to introduce GenX24's services and generate leads.Email Outreach
: Develop and send targeted email campaigns to reach new prospects and convert them into clients.Cold DM Outreach: Engage in personalized, direct message outreach across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to build relationships and secure leads.
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and industries where GenX24 can offer business development services.
Client Relationship Management
: Maintain ongoing communication with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.Collaborate with the Marketing Team
: Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with broader campaign strategies.Track Performance: Monitor and report on outreach efforts, lead conversions, and campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Stay Updated: Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and digital marketing best practices to better position GenX24 in outreach efforts.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience with email marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable with cold outreach across various platforms
