Job Title: Business Development Associate- Location: BELLANDUR, BANGALORE
The Business Development Associate supports the Business Development team by identifying potential business opportunities, conducting market research, and assisting with client outreach and relationship management. This entry- to mid-level position is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in business development and sales.
Market Research and Analysis:- Conduct research to identify potential markets, industries, and companies for business opportunities.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations.Lead Generation:
Generate and qualify new business leads through various channels, including networking, social media, and industry events.
- Assist in developing and executing strategies to attract and convert leads into business opportunities.
Client Outreach:
- Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and social media to introduce the company's services and products.
Schedule meetings and presentations between potential clients and senior business development staff.
- Proposal and Presentation Support:
Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other business development materials.- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and create tailored proposals for clients.
Database and CRM Management:- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on leads, contacts, and business opportunities.
Track and report on lead progress and business development metrics.Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the Business Development team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with organizing and coordinating business development events and activities.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment of business development strategies and goals.
Support the development and implementation of business development campaigns and initiatives.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role is preferred but not required.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software and business development tools is a plus.
Ability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively.
