Job Description:
Reach out to potential clients through various social platforms to generate leads.
Maintain a database of potential clients and track progress regularly.
Coordinate end-to-end communication between brands and our organisation to ensure smooth business operations.
Develop and oversee the implementation of the overall business development strategy.
Lead business development calls, including networking with company owners and founders, to establish partnerships and drive growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop effective strategies to capitalise on them.
Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify potential areas for business expansion.
Prepare and present reports on business development activities, including progress against targets and key performance indicators.
Skills Required:
Ability to create rapport with potential clients.
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
Spontaneity and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in an organised manner and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in English language.
Please Note:
Working hours needed: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm every day.
An experience letter will be provided after successful completion of the term.
Letter of Recommendation will be provided based on exceptional conduct.
Minimum tenure for this position would be 12 months, with the first 1 month being probationary. The associate will go through a training process in the first month, upon which we will confirm the role, based solely on his/her performance.
CTC: INR 2.4 lac per annum fixed + incentives.
