Key Responsibilities:
Proposal Submission on Upwork:
- Identify relevant projects in software testing and software services.
- Craft and submit tailored proposals on Upwork, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.
- Follow up on proposals, communicate with potential clients, and negotiate project terms to increase conversion rates.
Lead Generation on LinkedIn:
- Research and engage with potential clients in the software development and IT services sectors.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, CEOs, Project Managers) to generate qualified leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling outreach strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, MBA, or related fields (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of the software development life cycle and QA processes is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, persuasive manner.
