As a BDE, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing potential clients for our organization and will report directly to the C-Level management, providing regular updates on lead generation activities and outcomes. Your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality business leads and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and target industries.
- Utilize various channels, including online platforms, social media, and professional networks, to generate and qualify leads.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Engage in cold-calling, email marketing, and other outreach activities to establish contact with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities and outcomes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure alignment between lead generation initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our organization's services and values in the industry.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market changes to adjust lead generation strategies accordingly.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or sales, **preferably in the RPO or Talent Acquisition domain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with potential clients.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with a result-oriented approach to achieving targets.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in lead generation and business development.
