Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at EIL Global IT Solutions and Services Pvt Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience in business development or sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of IT services and technology industry
  • Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the market
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and competitors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for business growth
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase our services and solutions
  • Stay updated with industry news, technologies, and trends
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities and performance
