Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate in the Education Industry located in Mira Road. As a Business Development will be responsible for tasks such as conducting admissions interviews, providing information about programs and courses, assisting with the admissions process, conducting campus tours, and providing excellent customer service to prospective students. The Business Development Associate will also be involved in sales activities and education counseling.

Job Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in sales or education counseling
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with students and parents
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of the education industry and admissions process
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Should have rich experience of inside sales & counseling and driving admissions in higher education space
• Convert student (enquiry / leads) into admission
• Counsel students and apprising them with program features, pedagogy, curriculum
• Clarify and handle questions pertaining to course, program selection and career planning
• Having discussions with parents/other counsellors and clarifying their doubts
• Actively tracking and following up on potential leads.
• Maintaining MIS reports
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Knowledge of the education industry and market trends
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Target Oriented
• CRM Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous Ed-Tech experience preferred
• 3+ years of experience required in college admissions counseling
