Business Development Associate

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate in the Education Industry located in Pune. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.

• Job Requirements:

1- 2 years of previous experience in business development or sales roles. (Freshers can also apply).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities

• Knowledge of the education industry and market trends

Ability to analyze market data and identify potential business opportunities

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
