Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at DigiMagnum. As a Business Development Associate, your primary responsibility will be to identify and reach out to potential clients, primarily brands, and effectively communicate our services and value proposition. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to the growth and success of our company.

In this role, your responsibilities will be:

Finding New Clients: You'll identify brands who can benefit from influencer marketing and you have to reach out to them to introduce DigiMagnum's services.

Become a Client Champion: By understanding their needs and goals, you'll build strong relationships and propose customized influencer marketing solutions.

Making Winning Proposals: Collaborate with the team to create clear and compelling proposals that showcase the value DigiMagnum offers.

Negotiate Deals: Secure profitable partnerships with clients through effective negotiation of contracts, pricing, and deliverables.

Close the Deal: Convert leads into happy clients and ensure a smooth handover to the Account Management team.

Stay on Top of Your Game: Keep yourself updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.

Requirements to join:

Minimum 1 Year of Experience: We're looking for someone with a strong foundation in B2B sales or business development.

Communication Superstar: Excellent communication and presentation skills are key, along with the ability to build rapport and win over clients.

Negotiation Ninja: You can negotiate deals and close contracts that benefit both DigiMagnum and our clients.

Go-Getter Attitude: You're self-motivated, results-oriented, and have a passion for reaching and exceeding goals.

Familiarity with influencer marketing concepts, platforms, and best practices and knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and analytics is a bonus.

Remote Work: You can thrive in a remote work environment and manage your time efficiently.

Proficiency in using CRM software or sales tools to manage client relationships and sales pipelines is a must.
