As a Business Development Associate, you will support the team in researching potential markets, building client relationships, and assisting in developing strategies to boost the company's growth. Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities: Analyse and explore new markets to contribute to the expansion of the company's reach.
Client acquisition: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to support the sales process.
Market research: Conduct research on market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
Sales growth: Support the team in executing plans to increase revenue and reach sales targets.
Business Expansion: Identify potential partners, distribution channels, and collaboration opportunities that align with company goals.
Prepare business proposals: Assist in preparing proposals using standardized templates and customizing them based on client needs.
Coordinate with internal teams: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align on business development strategies.
Report and track performance: Help track business development metrics and report on the progress of initiatives and strategies.
Qualifications:
BBA, Marketing, or related field (MBA will be a bonus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of business development concepts and market research.
Strategic thinking and ability to identify new opportunities.
Familiarity with MS office tools.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic business environment.
