About your new role:
Ability to solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on Retail Project in a complex, fast-moving environment.
Develop key metrics to track brand perception amongst the relevant target groups.
Concept Selling: Sell online advertising solutions to the Institutes/Training Agencies.
Relationship Management: Develop and manage relationships with senior management at
companies and educational institutes through email, telephonic or face to face conversations.
Drafting Proposals: Expertise in drafting proposals and preparing presentations for the clients.
Revenue Generation: Responsible for generating business revenue by developing online/mobile
advertising opportunities.
Strategy Planning: Create a strategic roadmap and execution plan for acquisition of new clients in line
with the overall organizational objectives.
Business Forecasting and target achievement: Take complete ownership of the business process,
business forecast for specific periods and generate the targeted revenues.
Help in analyzing, structuring and solving business problems within the various teams in the
organization.
Make sense of the key internal and market trends and their implication on our business.
Responsible for tapping prospective clients through various modes including regular cold calling and F2F
Physical Meetings.
Skills:
Must have good communication skills in English and Hindi.
0-1 yr of experience in sales.
Proactive and problem solving attitude.
Target Oriented.
