Job Description:
- Execute campaigns to maximize inquiries.
- Conduct prompt follow-up calls with potential students, providing counseling on training and placement programs, and converting leads into admissions.
- Send out immediate brochures and necessary information via email or WhatsApp.
- Maintain regular follow-ups for admissions, fees, and inquiries.
- Drive business generation efforts.
- Maintain all necessary documentation and records.
- Adhere to established work ethics, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Oversee the Training Business and manage daily operations.
- Monitor and ensure timely execution of all academic activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for queries, grievances, and support related to placement opportunities.
- Ensure timely completion of training and coordinate with faculty members.
- Assist management in maintaining up-to-date records pertaining to inquiries, admissions, batches, etc.
- Candidates with previous experience in the same or relevant industry will be preferred.
