Qualification Academic: Graduate in BA- English, B. ED etc., Preferred MA- English & MPhil-English

Experience: 2 to 3 years experience

CTC-Range 20K to 25K

Reporting: Growth Specialist

Location of Posting: Himayathnagar

Key Skill Required for-

Strong background in English language education and assessment.

Expertise in integrating international standards with local education systems.

Strong sales and negotiation techniques.

Ability to self-generate opportunities

Excellent customer service, listening, verbal and written skills

Excellent presentation skills.

Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Should be well versed in MS. Office., Such as MS Office, MS Excel & PP

Job Brief & Description

The Business Development Executive role requires a combination of subject expertise, strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and a global outlook to deliver transformative English language education solutions. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders, Creating and presenting detailed reports for upper management. Relevant experience and qualifications in these areas are essential for success in this impactful position.

Subject Matter Expert-SME in English.

Delivering strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation to promote English language assessment programs at Educational Institutions.

Conducting test audits to evaluate the validity of English language tests and provide guidance on areas for improvement.

Tailoring assessment services to meet client needs.

Strategic Planning and Implementation

Ability to deliver high-quality English language education programs

Skills in strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of language initiatives

Stakeholder Engagement: -

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders

Professionalism and commitment to quality in client interactions

Assessment and Auditing: -

Capability to conduct test audits and provide guidance on improving English language assessments

Understanding of assessing the validity of English language tests

Tailoring Solutions: -

Ability to tailor assessment services to meet client needs, including test development, delivery, and scoring

Passion for unlocking human potential through learning.

Global Mindset: -

A global mindset to work with educational institutions, meet administrative heads and stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
