The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue.
Responsibilities
- Provide complete admission related information to the students and help them through the admission process.
- Assess the student's performance in the entrance exams and depending on his/her interests help in shortlisting the college where his /her chances of getting admission is high.
- This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes spreading the unique way of learning in your city.
- Your role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students) to set up meetings, counsel the students on learning methods.
- Taking up revenue responsibility. This hybrid model of sales will give you exposure to the best of inside sales.
- It is a target based profile and has incentives based on performance.
- 6 days working with rotational week off (Saturday & Sunday working)
- Salary- 3-4.5 LPA
Education Qualification
- Any Graduate in Any Specialization.
Experience
- 0-2 years sales experience in Education Domain.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Strong active listening, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to guide students and provide ongoing support as they make important career decisions.
