Role: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Location: Delhi, India (On-site, Full-time)

Salary: 4-6 LPA

• Counsel prospective students and families, helping them choose the best courses to achieve their academic goals.
• Build relationships and provide support to guide students through their JEE & NEET preparation.
• Drive enrollments and contribute to the success and growth of Bharat Skool.

• 2-5 years of experience in EdTech as a BDA or a similar role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to connect with students and parents.
• Experience in business development or sales is a plus.
• Knowledge of the education industry and a passion for helping students succeed.
• A Bachelors degree is required.
