Roles & Resposibilities:
Acquire new players through proactive outreach via email, phone calls, live chat, and social media platforms
. Identify and qualify leads through lead nurturing strategies.
Guide potential players through the registration process, address inquiries, and provide assistance as needed
. Manage relationships with existing players, including VIP clients and high rollers, to ensure retention and maximize life-time value
. Promote additional products and services such as premium memberships, loyalty programs, and special promotions to drive upsells and cross-sells.
Monitor player activity and implement proactive retention strategies to prevent attrition.
Stay updated on industry trends, product features, and regulatory changes related to I - gaming.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Use data analytics and sales reporting tools to track performance metrics, generate insights for strategic decision-making.
Provide feedback to the product development team on player preferences, pain points, and feature requests to drive continuous improvement
. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and compliance awareness.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
. Previous experience in sales, account management, preferably in the insurance & EdTech.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build report and establish trust with players
. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues and address player concerns effectively
. Knowledge of CRM systems, sales automation tools.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
. Languages are English is mandatory with prefered any other languages like (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil and Hindi).
