Job Description:
TechnoTronixs is seeking an experienced Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales of our IT products and services to new and existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation methods.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, articulating the value proposition of our IT solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable growth for the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing insights into sales performance and potential areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of solutions to clients.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and expand our network.
Requirements:
- 100% Target Based Sales Job.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in IT sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as required.
