Job Overview:
As a Business Development Associate (BDA) at PCL, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while building relationships with potential clients. This role offers a chance to gain valuable experience in business development and the IT consulting sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential leads through research, networking, and outbound communications (emails, calls, social media).
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, presenting solutions aligned with our HR, payroll, and ERP services.
- Sales Pitching & Presentations: Assist in preparing and delivering sales pitches and presentations to showcase PCL's expertise.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work with consulting, technical, and marketing teams to align client needs with our solutions.
- Follow-Up & Conversion: Engage in follow-up activities to convert leads into opportunities and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Support in Proposal Creation: Assist in preparing client proposals and responses to RFPs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
- 0-1 years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles (internship experience is acceptable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and creative thinking.
- Basic understanding of IT services and ERP systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
