In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence in India by appointing distributors and driving our marketing efforts. You will play a key role in establishing and nurturing distributor relationships and contributing to our company's growth strategy. We need someone who has expierence in setting up distribution in home appliance field
- Identify and recruit potential distributors across India to expand our market reach.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring they have the support needed to succeed.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the internal team to align distributor activities with company goals.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or consumer goods sector.
- Strong network of industry contacts and experience in appointing and managing distributors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
