Role Summary

We're looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our B2B network, focusing on bringing new retailers onto our platform. They should have a solid understanding of the refurbished gadgets space, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with retailers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retailer Acquisition: Proactively reach out to potential retailers, presenting XtraCover B2B as their go-to platform for refurbished gadgets.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive sales by converting leads into active buyers, understanding retailers needs, and proposing suitable products and deals.
  • Product Education: Clearly convey the value of our quality checks, warranties, and support services, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture lasting relationships with retailers to ensure high satisfaction, repeat sales, and growth in order volume.
  • Sales Tracking & Reporting: Track all sales activities, including leads, conversions, and customer feedback, providing regular reports to sales leadership.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to help position our products effectively and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience: 02 years in a sales or business development role, preferably in the refurbished gadgets or electronics space.

Skills: Excellent communication and persuasive skills; ability to build trust and foster strong retailer relationships.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).

Knowledge: Familiarity with the refurbished gadgets market is a plus.
