Key Responsibilities:
- Support Location Scouting: Assist in identifying and evaluating prime locations for new abCoffee decks.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to gather data on potential locations, competitors, and industry trends.
- Lease Agreements: Help in negotiating lease agreements and ensuring favourable terms for new locations.
- Permit Navigation: Assist in the preparation and submission of necessary permits and documentation for new sites.
- Community Engagement: Help build and maintain strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties related to business development, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining databases.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to support the overall business development strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the food and beverage or QSR industry.
- Awareness and understanding of legal complications related to real estate, lease agreements, and other relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
