Maintain and arrange company training programs.- Assist with business development project progress.
Handle sales agent inquiries.
- Collaborate in organizing company events.
Analyze competitive landscape and industry developments.- Align business development plans with the companys overall strategy.
Prepare regular reports on business development progress and outcomes.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports to the team leader.
Manage ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.- Assist with administration matters in the department when necessary.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the company sometimes.
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, including copywriting skills.
Proficiency in Mandarin would be added advantage.- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mentality.
Effective presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills coupled with a creative mindset.
Adaptability to innovative technologies, software, and platforms.- Previous experience in planning and customer service is advantageous.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- Self-discipline and excellent communication abilities.
Proactive and motivated to learn.- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva (an added advantage).
