Researching and identifying potential clients who could benefit from the company's event services.
Generating leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms. Creating compelling proposals and pitches tailored to the client's needs.Client Relationship Management:
Developing and nurturing relationships with key clients. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed promptly. Managing existing client accounts to encourage repeat business and foster long-term partnerships.Market Research and Strategy:
Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets. Developing strategic plans to expand the company's client base and boost company's promotion. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to attract new clients.Team Collaboration:
Working closely with other departments such as operations, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless execution of parties and alignment of business goals. Leadership and guidance to the sales and business development team to achieve sales targets and objectives. Regularly monitoring the team performance and their follow ups.Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Tracking sales performance metrics, such as revenue growth, pipeline development, and conversion rates. Preparing regular reports and updates for management on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback.
