Job Title: Business Development and Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in business development and sales, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and closing deals to achieve our sales objectives.
Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development and sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.- Willingness to travel as needed.
