As a Business Development & Client Relations Specialist, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base and fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads, developing compelling proposals, and closing deals. You will also work closely with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for expansion.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify and qualify potential clients.
Develop targeted outreach strategies to generate interest and build relationships with key decision-makers.
Proactively attend industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with potential clients.
Sales Execution:
Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs and pain points.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure new business while ensuring profitability.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closed deal.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients based on trust and open communication.
Proactively identify client needs and exceed expectations by delivering personalized solutions.
Manage and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.
Foster ongoing engagement and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Additional Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and sales initiatives.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in research and consulting.
Prepare reports and presentations to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the research and consulting space.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and consistently closing deals.
Good understanding of research methodologies a
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
Highly organized and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
