About the organization:

Alpha Alternatives is a multi-asset class alternatives asset management platform based out of India and Singapore, with over Rs 12,000 Crores of Assets under management, and deep focus on alpha generation. We are passionate about finding alternative investment opportunities that can deliver superior risk-return characteristics. We operate across various alternative spaces like Commodities, Equities, Absolute Returns, Structured Credit, Fixed Income and Quant. Our products span across various investment structures such as AIF, PMS, NBFC and FPI.

Our team consists of 170+ people who are vastly experienced across domestic and global hedge funds and financial institutions and have strong academic credentials at top universities.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Mapping and targeting the Top families (top 1000-2000) in the country

2. Connecting and reaching out to them for an initial meeting

3. Investor Demographic Landscape (Retail, Mass Affluent, HNI, UHNI, FO, etc)

4. Identifying the Target market

5. Team Building Support

6. Industry Update / Market Research - Industry (New Offering/Concept in the markets

and Benchmarking with our Products)

7. Other Ad-hoc Reports / Research / Article

Position Requirements

Qualification & Background:

1. Excellent Communication Skills

2. Analytical abilities

3. MS Office Skills (Excel & PPT)

4. MBA from a premier B school

5. 2+ year of Experience

Compensation:

Salary will be discussed individually with selected candidates and will be at par with industry norms. Compensation will have a significant element of performance-linked bonus.

Location: Mumbai

This will be a fulltime Work from Office role at our Mumbai office. Candidates from outside Mumbai

must have clarity on relocating to Mumbai.
