Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with school management to drive organic growth and foster collaboration.
  • Document and update daily activities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and progress.
  • Set and meet weekly and monthly performance goals, leveraging data to optimize strategies and enhance results.
  • Conduct visits to schools and potential clients to showcase offerings, strengthen relationships, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Building the sales funnel by generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities.
  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with the school management & accomplish organic growth.
  • Comfortable with B2B Sales..

Designation -: Business Development

Job Location -: Jaipur

Qualification- Any Graduation

Salary- 20k- 35k per month (In Hand) + Good Incentives
