- To achieve volume targets for patients for Fertility:
To set-up and manage a strong referral doctor connect program amongst obstetrics and gynae doctors
Expand the brand presence by penetrating new markets through sales activities like camps & community connect programs. Plan and implement a strong BTL activity calendar.
Endeavour is to drive growth, in walk-ins/footfalls
- To collect, collate and share market and competition feedback on vitals parameters like pricing, promotional strategies and offers in the market, and suggest plan to achieve the desired revenue and market share as per businessplan.
- Daily Sales planning and Reporting
- Smooth coordination and relationship management between our doctors and referring doctors
- Revenue target orientation
- Territory Community activations
