TraderzPlanet is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pitching BPO projects to customers and securing new business opportunities. The primary objective of this role is to set up meetings with potential clients and help expand our company's customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Research potential clients and develop a targeted sales strategy
Contact prospective clients through different channels like phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and vendors
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
Collaborate with internal teams to devise innovative solutions for customer requirements
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
Monitor sales activities and provide regular reports on progress
Requirements:
Graduate degree in business administration or related field
Demonstrated experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation skills
A fast learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies
Willing to travel to client locations whenever needed
