Job Description

Excellent Client or Customer interfacing skills. Have a polished level of presentation in English (Oral and Written) and should possess leadership qualities.

Identifying upcoming industrial projects for business opportunities.

Develop contacts with prospective industrial clients, PMC's and Architects.

Ensure pre-qualifications as prospective industrial civil contractor.

Preparing pre bid queries and attend pre bid meetings.

Study of the Tender documents with tender team for preparing salient features and suggest pre bid meetings points.

Giving presentations in pre bid meeting and introducing Company's Profile.

Corresponded with clients during the bidding stage.

Assisting in rate finalization of BOQ.

Negotiations with client in final negotiation meetings.

Ensuring the development and delivery of winning RFP/RFI responses.

Identifying key Clients, PMC & Architects for maintaining better relation with our company.

Follow-up with consultant/client for forth coming tenders and 544preparation of pre- qualification documents and generates the new enquiry.

Documentation for the projects already taken and future projects to be taken for strategy building.

Regular Track of various website, newspapers for upcoming opportunities.

Taking feedback from Clients, PMCs & Architects regarding completed projects so as to improve our processes and Business Operations.

Maintain close relationships with the customer during the entire construction to ensure repeat business and opportunity

Motivation to achieve desired business targets/leads/objectives. Identify Meet and Conclude new business deals.

Maintain and follow up on current clients.

Appointment Generation, build and maintain strong client relationship.

Fast and Accurate information dissemination and response for quotations/ information to customers.

Observe, analyze and report to market trends, client needs and competitor activity.

Candidates need to own a Two Wheeler (with driving license) and ready to travel across Maharashtra and India.

Develop and nurture relationships with all potential Consultants, Customers and agencies.

Ensure that release orders are communicated as scheduled to coordinators and accounting department.

Help the accounting department to follow up on payments due to the company.

Submit daily and weekly reports including but not limited to progress reports on calls, proposals and visits carried out.

Should be confident and energetic individual Good command of the English language.
