Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of sales processes and B2B sales cycle - especially channel sales.
Capable in relationship building as the role requires to build a network of channel partners
Ability to hit the ground and develop a network of brokers & home-owners willing to sublet
Proactive and process oriented. Adapt to changing business environments, solve problems and take
advantage of opportunities to create sales
Work cross-functionally and partner with key stakeholders within the organisation
Open to travelling basis business requirements
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Build Supply through rigorous cold callings and meeting potential channel partners and Homeowners
Explain the Casa Melhor Business Residences proposition to homeowners
Understand and Explain the nuances of subletting to Casa Melhor vs individual families
Gather & build micro-market information like rental yields, lease processes etc across the country
Source the right kind of Business Residences for clients and help build proposals that are are well
documented and presented
Work with the operations team to ensure client requirements are met while getting the Business
Residences ready
Build database of channel partners and map RWA societies which allow commercial usage
Maintain supply trackers of channel partners, heat maps of societies
Tracking data with regular reporting
Expected Background
Manager: Min 3 years experience in Channel Sales or relevant experience in hospitality sector
Associate / Senior Associate: 1 to 2 years of experience in channel sales or Freshers with relevant
skills.
Graduation in any faculty
