Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Field Sales Executive with 2-5 years of experience to join our growing team at Quantixtech Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and generate valuable leads.
  • Visit potential clients in person to showcase products, elucidate features, and highlight benefits.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives established by the company, while efficiently managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
  • Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Engage in negotiations and contract discussions with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to address customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports outlining activities, accomplishments, and projected sales.
  • Remain informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in field sales, with 2-5 years of experience, preferably within the IT or related services sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering results.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
  • Ready to undertake extensive travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in B2B sales or corporate client engagement is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with IT products/services or related industries is beneficial.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics is a plus.
  • Ability to swiftly grasp technical concepts and effectively convey them to clients is desirable.
