They undertake essential activities of Sales & Marketing fraction such as Market Research, Tele-sales, E-mail Marketing, Field Sales, ABM (Account Based Marketing), and Digital Marketing.
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in business development or sales.
- Roles & Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Generate leads through various channels including networking events, online platforms, and cold outreach.- Qualify and prioritize leads based on potential value and fit with the company's offerings.
Client Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client needs and requirements to tailor solutions that address their specific challenges.Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor and report on sales performance, including key metrics such as lead conversion rates and revenue growth.- Provide regular updates and feedback to management on business development activities.
Collaboration and Teamwork:- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of business strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly organized with strong time management skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
