Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive with 2-5 years of experience to join our expanding team. The role involves promoting our products and services to prospective clients in the field, driving sales growth, and building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads.
- Visit potential clients to demonstrate products, explain features, and present benefits.
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company, effectively managing sales pipeline and closing deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate agreements and contracts with clients to maximize profit.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and customer service to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, detailing activities, achievements, and forecasted sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in field sales, with 2-5 years of experience preferably in selling IT or related services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude and a drive to achieve results.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales or selling to corporate clients.
- Familiarity with IT products/services or related industries.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and articulate them to clients.
