Job Description

Profile:- Business Coordinator
  • Location:- Nagpur, Maharashtra
  • Experience:- 1 to 3 years
  • Salary:- 15 to 20k
  • Education:- MBA( Management or Related field)
  • Skills:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of project management software and tools is a plus.
  • Key Responsibilities:-
  • Administrative Support:-
Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.
  • Project Coordination:-
Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate project activities and resources, liaising with team members and stakeholders.
Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.
  • Scheduling and Planning:-
Manage executive and team calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and company events.
  • Communication:-
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, ensuring clarity and consistency.
Facilitate effective communication between departments and teams.
  • Data Management and Reporting:-
Compile, analyze, and report on business data and metrics.
  • Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Prepare presentations and reports for management.
  • Financial Support:-
Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
Monitor and report on financial discrepancies.
  • Customer and Client Relations:-
Handle inquiries from clients and customers, providing information and resolving issues.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
