We are currently seeking a Business Consulting-Senior Product Manager (Adoption Manager) to join our team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Explore the benefits of Copilot on important stakeholders, workflows, and the users most affected.
Collaborate with DB audience to develop a tailored Copilot awareness and benefits campaign.
Provide guidance on effective strategies for Copilot to establish a sustainable change ecosystem to enhance productivity and maximize ROI by doing the below :
Assess your current state, goals, and readiness for Copilot adoption.
Implement and customize it for DB specific use cases and scenarios.
Help DB end users learn how to use Copilot for their daily tasks and projects and provide ongoing support and feedback.
Execute Copilot training program and receive onboarding assistance.
Track the internal adoption & usage of Copilot in alignment with DB AI strategy.
Being a Product Manager, the candidate should be able to take his knowledge of Microsoft services and use it to deliver priority business outcomes through stakeholders, end-users and other Champions.
Fundamentally, it is an opportunity to lead change on behalf of others.
Create the groundswell of enthusiasm that increases adoption.
Build a circle of influence among the teams.
Identify business challenges and possible solutions.
Provide feedback to the project team and sponsors.
Reduce strain on core project team through active, ongoing engagement.
Communication Skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Previous experience of presentation and demos to stakeholders and senior management.
Good command in English
Ability to work with diverse global teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
