Job Title: Analyst Offer Desk management

Location: Noida/Gurgaon

Role & Responsibilities

  • Managing offers effectively to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensuring processing and smooth releasing of the Offer requests via Oracle Recruiting cloud maintaining the offer TAT.
  • Creating intern offers and manual offer roll out.
  • Daily maintaining offer, revision, and intern tracker.
  • Proper coordination and communication with TA team, Onboarding team for the joining for the candidate
  • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure zero errors in offer release.
  • Weekly submission of utilization data to supervisor and if that is less then calling out to the supervisor.
  • Ensure mandatory trainings are completed within the assigned timelines.
  • Ensure additional trainings as per the training plan are also completed to enhance client experience.
  • Quarterly review with PM to enhance training needs.
  • Should have analytical skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Assist in handling offer related queries and challenges.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies in the offer with raising SRs
  • Conduct thorough testing of offer components before offer rollout.

  • Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong executive presence, good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to handle huge volumes and flexible with the process/changes
  • Ability to perform multi tasking
  • Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
  • Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Keen sense of responsibility, solid professional standards, excellent track record of dependability
  • Any Graduate / Post-graduate from a reputed institute with specialization in HR
  • 0-2 years of experience.
