Good domain understanding in any one of the following:
Commercial/Wholesale/Corporate banking, Retail banking, Capital/Securities Market, Global Banking, Investment banking
IBS risk/Third Party risk/Process risk/Business Continuity and Incident Management
Data Discovery/Data Transformation/Data Insights and Solutions/Data Visualization
ESG research and analysis/ESG risk reporting/Sustainability metrics/Green Lending
Capital markets Products, Services, Processes, policies and procedures/ Investment Banking/ Trade Finance
5-12 years of experience and exposure on at least 2-3 large Transformation projects
Strong experience in the banking domain as a functional BA/PM/Hybrid (Non-Technical)
Excellent communication & presentation skills and stakeholder management
Strong alignment with Agile ways of working
Experienced in working with senior and cross geography stakeholders
Preferably in Delivery and not consulting orientation
Certifications preferred : PMP, CSM, Agile
