• Job Description:

As a Business Consultant, you will bridge the gap between technology and business strategy, providing expert guidance to clients on leveraging technology solutions to achieve their business objectives. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, assess their current systems, and propose tailored solutions that optimize processes, increase efficiency, and drive growth. Your ability to combine technical expertise with business acumen will be essential in delivering value to our clients and fostering strong, long-term relationships.

• Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to gather in-depth insights into their business processes, challenges and goals.

• 2. Solution Design: Design comprehensive technical solutions that align with client's business objectives, considering factors such a scalability, security and budget constraints.

• 3. Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals outlining recommended solutions, including scope of work, project timeline and estimated resources.

• 4. Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on relevant technologies, staying current with industry trends and best practices.

• 5. Project Management: Lead the implementation of proposed solutions, coordinating tasks resources and timelines to achieve project milestones.

• 6. Change Management: Facilitate the adoption of new technologies by providing training, documentation and support to end-users.

• 7. Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and continuously identifying opportunities for further collaboration.

• 8. Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities within existing clients and participating in sales activities.

• Qualifications:

• Education: _Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. MBA or advanced technical certifications are advantageous._

• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes, operations and strategy with the ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with clients of varying technical backgrounds.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex business challenges and propose innovative technical solutions.

• Project Management: Experience in managing projects, coordinating tasks, resources and timelines to deliver successful outcomes.

• Adaptability: Capacity to quickly understand new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs.

• Experience: Previous experience in consulting business analysis or a related field is preferred.
