Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background with an MBA qualification and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a consulting company.

As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic insights, conducting analyses, and collaborating with clients to implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of client business processes, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Develop and present actionable recommendations and strategic plans to improve client business performance.
  • Assist in the implementation of recommended strategies, working closely with client teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Provide expertise in customer experience (Cx) strategy, process optimization, and organizational improvement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and address business issues, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements relevant to our clients businesses.
  • Build a team of junior consultants to contribute to the development of consulting methodologies and tools.

Qualifications

  • Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a consulting company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven project management abilities, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of marketing & customer strategies and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in using analytical tools and software for data analysis.
