Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Associate - Client Relations. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing client relations and expanding our revenue streams.

Your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture communication channels with key client team members who allocate work to our organization.

By building strong relationships and understanding client needs, you will identify opportunities for upselling our services and securing additional projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, including project managers, procurement officers, and decision-makers.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives and pain points.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding our services within existing client accounts.
  • Drive revenue growth by upselling services and securing new projects.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management or account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue generation.
  • Familiarity with business process outsourcing (BPO) or legal process outsourcing (LPO) industry is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM Software.
