We are looking for a dedicated Business Application Manager to join our Business Application Management team in Group IT. This role is essential in providing application management and business support to users in TORM's offices globally. The successful candidate will handle user setup, documentation, escalation of support tickets, coordination with vendors for support, resolution of technical issues, and support change management activities, including documentation and user training.
